Requirements:
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Must be comfortable with phone communication and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be compassionate and empathetic towards patients, with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in using a computer, including Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of basic healthcare terms and principles is beneficial
