About the Role

  • Provide guidance and supervision to staff in the department, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support and administer operational goals, monitoring performance and profit objectives to drive business success.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the manager, ensuring guest satisfaction and adhering to established quality assurance procedures.
  • Maintain product menus and assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate records and optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health department and customer service standards, maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
  • Support departmental budgets and ensure regulatory compliance within area of responsibility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive experience for all guests and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Assist the manager with administrative duties as needed, maintaining confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
  • One to two years of beverage or equivalent experience, with prior gaming experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in total beverage service and promotional events experience preferred.
  • Ability to train, follow, and execute training manuals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.
