As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing relationships with key executives at commercial institutions, driving sales growth, and exceeding ambitious targets.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and leverage your exceptional sales skills to drive business success. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for finding, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities, developing customer profiles, and thriving in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for growing Palantir's presence in commercial institutions and geographies.
  • Collaborate with Palantir leadership to shape commercial outreach and shepherd engagements from initial meetings to close.
  • Develop customer profiles, identifying target customer needs and the most effective ways to address them.
  • Develop deep familiarity with Palantir's software platforms and their applications in solving real-world problems.
  • Meet and/or exceed defined metrics by securing enterprise contracts.
  • Establish and grow relationships with key executives at target accounts.


What We Value

We are looking for individuals with a consistent track record of large-scale enterprise sales to commercial institutions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to articulate Palantir's product offering to diverse audiences. Familiarity with intricate procurement processes and experience building and maintaining relationships are also essential.

What We Require

Ability to travel (50%+) per business needs, 10+ years of outbound sales experience focusing on closing net new business.
