Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Operations Assistant at Hillsborough County. As an Office Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to staff and clients, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, filing documents, and performing other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, mail sorting, and supply management
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of clerical experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $34,320 - $48,068 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
