Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our asset management, property management, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the asset management, property management, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage trade contracts through the execution process via DocuSign.
  • Ensure accurate records and data, including property lists, building data, and customer information.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and DocuSign.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
