Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our asset management, property management, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the asset management, property management, and maintenance teams.
- Manage trade contracts through the execution process via DocuSign.
- Ensure accurate records and data, including property lists, building data, and customer information.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and DocuSign.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
