About the Role:
The Property Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to the Property Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at our office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative assistance to the Property Manager, including typing, filing, telephone coverage, and report completion.
* Maintains the building's reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors.
* Coordinates maintenance service for all office equipment, orders and maintains office supply inventory, and maintains postage meter.
* Initiates tenant notifications of all building activities, initiates security notifications of events requiring security assistance.
* Coordinates tenant parties and Christmas decorations.
* Prepares monthly tenant invoices to include credits, write-offs, and miscellaneous billings (i.e., electrical, OT HVAC, building services, late fees, etc.).
Requirements:
* Associate degree preferred and minimum of five years' experience or recent grads with four-year degrees and limited experience.
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Highly motivated, patient, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
