About the Role:

The Account Executive is a key contributor to our sales team, responsible for developing and closing new client business. This individual contributor, quota-driven sales role requires meeting and exceeding assigned quota, building territory revenue, prospecting, and closing accounts through individual initiative and leveraging marketing and technical support teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new logo hunting, with 20-30% of quota consisting of net new business
  • Uncover new buyers within existing accounts and secure new signings
  • Carry a revenue target of over $5 million USD
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close, including prospecting, discovery, presenting, forecasting, negotiating, and closing the deal
  • Work with the Technical Pre-Sales team to scope the proper configuration based on prospect needs and requirements
  • Manage all Prolifics opportunities in your portfolio, maintaining accurate forecasting and communication with management
  • Provide solutions combining software and services for mid-market and large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Sell across the entire Prolifics solution portfolio (Cloud, Data and AI, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and Quality Assurance)
  • Help build and manage an effective pipeline of quality targets
  • Develop a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers' business model
  • Stay updated on key offerings within the Prolifics portfolio and industry best practices to effectively position our technology in front of clients

Requirements:

  • Currently carrying an annual revenue target of over $5 million USD
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience selling to target domains: Retail, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or SLED
  • Proven track record of success managing a large territory, demand generation, strategic territory and account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and maintaining customer loyalty
  • Strong sales acumen with significant experience in consultative selling
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process and cycle for technical solutions
  • Proven track record of developing sales strategy and hitting revenue targets
  • This is a semi-virtual position requiring excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Prolifics provides a reasonable range of compensation, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location. Base salary: $100,000 USD per annum + uncapped commission structure.
