**Key Responsibilities**

  • Use company-approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and preferences.
  • Offer optional products and services to meet customer wants and needs.
  • Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely.
  • Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
  • Provide customers with assistance, directions, and local area information.
  • Review rental parameters with customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
  • Ensure accurate return dates and times on rental agreements.
  • Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepare Rental Agreement Folders with all required information.
  • Answer customer calls in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner.
  • Assist customers in resolving service issues and coordinate queue management to minimize wait times.

**Requirements**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience or customer service experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
