Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling of staff and coordinate educational and developmental activities.
- Identify and address challenges impacting clinical service delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance assessments and assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for staff and external stakeholders regarding patient care and clinical standards.
- Ensure departmental adherence to regulatory requirements, including accreditation and legal standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an LPN program.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Licenses: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider certification within one year of hire for specific departments.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a healthcare setting.
