The Clinic Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within a specific clinical department. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective coordination of staff and resources to enhance patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance assessments.
- Identify and address challenges impacting clinical service delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance evaluations and support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for staff and external stakeholders regarding patient care and clinical standards.
- Ensure departmental adherence to all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and capacity to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Licenses: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification required; ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider certification within one year of hire for specific clinics.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a healthcare setting.
