Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care and delivery of clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor departmental compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including The Joint Commission.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, serving as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient flow, clinical standards, and policies.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
  • 4 years of healthcare experience, with a strong background in clinical coordination and patient care.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) and ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider (within 1 year of hire/transfer).
