Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations to optimize team performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Perform quality assurance studies and implement QA/QI initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission standards.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in nursing or Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
  • 4 years of healthcare experience, with a focus on clinical operations or a related field.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
