Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staff scheduling, educational and developmental activities, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct quality assurance studies and support the implementation of quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

- Act as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

- Monitor departmental compliance with relevant requirements, including accreditation, legal standards, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an LPN program
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification required.
- ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider certification must be obtained within one year of hire/transfer (specific to Hem/Onc Esc clinic).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
