Are you ready to kick-start your career in tech sales? PowerSchool, a leading K-12 education software company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building our sales pipeline and working closely with our Inside and Enterprise Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be the face of PowerSchool, engaging with prospects and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow with our company. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing prospects and generating leads through cold calls and email outreach
  • Developing a deep understanding of our prospects and learning solution-selling techniques
  • Working closely with our Inside and Enterprise Sales teams to pass along qualified opportunities
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales metrics as defined by our Sales Leadership Team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Background in sales or lead generation a plus
  • Mindset to be coached, trained, and mentored toward a successful software sales career
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office

Base Compensation Range: $42,200 - $51,800 USD plus applicable commission
