Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial properties
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including building systems and lease administration
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other related documents
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property management experience, including recent experience managing office and/or industrial properties
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • At least three (3) years of management experience
  • Texas Real Estate License required within the first six months of employment
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
