We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at HPI Real Estate. Key Responsibilities- Property Management: Manage commercial properties in accordance with industry best practices and management agreements, working closely with our team and property accounting department.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property tours, inspect irrigation systems, landscaping, and lighting systems, and manage necessary repairs through vendors and maintenance technicians.
- Tenant Management: Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including Tenant Finish and new construction warranties, in collaboration with our leasing and accounting teams.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, oversee utility invoices, and ensure accurate development of all building reporting requirements.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all certificates of insurance, understand ownership and debt structure, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of commercial property management principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
