Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at HPI Real Estate. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and meeting the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Manage commercial properties in accordance with industry best practices and management agreements, working closely with our team and property accounting department.
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property tours, inspect irrigation systems, landscaping, and lighting systems, and manage necessary repairs through vendors and maintenance technicians.
  • Tenant Management: Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including Tenant Finish and new construction warranties, in collaboration with our leasing and accounting teams.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, oversee utility invoices, and ensure accurate development of all building reporting requirements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all certificates of insurance, understand ownership and debt structure, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of commercial property management principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
