Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and industrial properties
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including building systems and lease administration
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other related documents
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) and advanced degree a plus
- Minimum of seven (7) years of commercial property management experience, including recent experience managing office and/or industrial properties
- Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
- Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
- At least three (3) years of management experience
- Texas Real Estate License required within the first six months of employment
- Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
