Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our end-users, ensuring seamless operation of our Office365 tenant and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing issues, including Intune and application packaging.
  • Coordinate and implement processes and procedures to achieve optimal team workflow and ensure effective deployment activities.
  • Supervise and coordinate support tickets in the Service Management system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex issues.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge articles related to end-user computing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with vendors and third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance of collaboration tools.
Requirements
  • 3 days of support from Milford location and 2 days from Manchester location, with occasional travel to Cambridge and Cumberland Foreside.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Intune, application packaging, and Office365 tenant management.
  • Ability to define and execute complex troubleshooting and resolution tasks.
