Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling field work and collaborating with organizational leadership to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perform scheduled and random visits to healthcare facilities and contracted providers to verify level of service and adherence to contract standards.
  • Support tracking and maintaining train-the-trainer certification for Passenger Assistance and ensure trainers are maintaining the CTAA/NSC instructional standard.
  • Provide assistance in determining trainer compliance with CTAA/NSC training and inform leadership of findings to create an appropriate action plan.
  • Support the oversight of training compliance with the organization's prescribed curriculum and network digitization, platform utilization, and other market-specific initiatives.
  • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned and occasionally attend random or scheduled training sessions conducted by third-party trainers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Zero (0) plus years of experience.
  • Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and local area road laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to train a prescribed curriculum.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willing and able to travel locally 75%+ within assigned state.
  • Ability to use a hands-free mobile phone.
