About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, as well as coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process documentation for voucher forms and broker commission payments
  • Maintain and update CBRE brand client messaging inventory
  • Review and coordinate the completion of property information packages
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Update and maintain various information databases
  • Generate reports and assist with website updates
  • Coordinate advertising schedules and placement
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to teams of professionals
  • 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign
