About the Role
The Administrative Business Support role performs routine administrative and clerical support duties for a department or team of individual contributors, using existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to department staff, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Assists in coordinating routine activities within the department, including scheduling and communication.
- Performs basic reporting and data entry tasks, including compiling data and processing documents.
- Answers phone calls and responds to voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
- Drafts standardized letters and sends outgoing mail and distributes incoming mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical function.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under direct supervision with minimal decision-making.

Base Salary Range
$50,000 - $69,475.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
