The Finance Operations (FinOps) Business Partnership (BP) team is in search of a Senior Program Manager who will play a pivotal role within the Global Transportation BP team.

This individual will be tasked with enhancing the order-to-cash (O2C) performance across various Transportation sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining operational and business metrics, as well as performance targets.
  • Identifying priority areas for improvement and leading global operational reviews.
  • Driving enhancements to meet established objectives.

As a vital business partner, you will collaborate daily with teams across Accounts Receivable, Service Centers, Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Technology, Customers, and other operational groups in a global context.

Success in this role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, program and change management expertise, and strong analytical skills to navigate multiple high-visibility priorities in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with global objectives.
  • Consolidate stakeholder inputs and critically assess performance drivers and projections.
  • Foster effective partnerships between Finance Operations, Service Centers, and Transportation sectors.
  • Analyze critical data sets to identify root causes of issues, propose future state solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Address customer, process, and system escalations to ensure thorough root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Identify and evaluate financial and operational risks and opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • 6+ years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • 6+ years of experience in developing financial and operational reports that inform business decisions.
  • 6+ years of experience in process improvements through automation and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience identifying and rectifying incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • 6+ years of experience solving complex business challenges through accurate financial modeling and analysis.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL/ETL.
  • Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
  • Experience in delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting data results.
