Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale IT projects involving network, cybersecurity, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ITIL practices, and experience working with federal contracting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for IT projects, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
  • Identify strategic milestones and create work packages tied to those milestones.
  • Provide technical direction to guide project team execution and manage critical project dependencies.
  • Communicate project status to senior management and customers.
  • Track and manage IT project spend against budgets.
  • Provide technical expertise and data to support customer decision-making.
  • Task and oversee junior project managers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • At least three years of experience in federal contracting.
  • Knowledge and experience applying project management best practices.
  • Experience on NOC and SOC and Infrastructure Engineering contracts.
  • Experience on projects involving Agile and DevOps processes.
