The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams through transformational change initiatives, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience creating clear and concise documentation of project milestones and objectives.
The successful candidate will be able to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights. They will also have the ability to provide a troubleshooting mindset, a customer-focused approach, and a strong sense of ownership over results.
