As a TPM, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their questions, issues, and feature requests. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the execution of complex, cross-functional internal projects and initiatives, owning all aspects of project planning, tracking, and communications.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Translate strategic ideas and customer requirements into execution plans, defining project plans, goals, and scope, identifying resources, and determining key milestones and dependencies to drive project execution excellence.
  • Assess and manage risks, anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making trade-offs, and balancing business and customer needs versus technical constraints.
  • Perform routine follow-ups and ticket management via email, chat, etc.
  • Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams to keep a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Influence teams and build relationships with key stakeholders across disciplines and organizations, lead systems engineers without authority.
  • Communicate with customers and internal parties about existing tickets and identify common patterns.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management about improvements to processes and procedures.
About You:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex technical projects for a software and/or technology company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams through transformational change initiatives, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience creating clear and concise documentation of project milestones and objectives.

The successful candidate will be able to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights. They will also have the ability to provide a troubleshooting mindset, a customer-focused approach, and a strong sense of ownership over results.
