Job Title: Scrum Master / Team Coach

At Syntricate Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master / Team Coach to lead our teams in implementing Agile methodologies and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum, Agile, and team coaching, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Scrum teams in implementing Agile methodologies and ensuring seamless project execution
  • Coach teams in Scrum and Agile principles, practices, and values
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain Scrum boards, backlogs, and other project management tools
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their Scrum and Agile skills
  • Conduct regular team health checks and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Team Coach in a large enterprise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience/schooling
  • Expertise in Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityHealth
  • SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification (Required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred certifications: SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, SAFe RTE 6.0, CSM, SAFe Studio Experience, ICAgile
