Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company safety standards and policies.
* Assign tasks and duties to front-end and service desk/kiosk associates, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing customer inconvenience.
* Perform cashier and/or bagging functions, as well as service desk/kiosk and bookkeeper functions, as needed.
* Supervise performance of all duties and responsibilities of front-end and service desk/kiosk associates, providing constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.

Requirements

* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
* Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Requirements

* Experience in customer service or a related field.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
