As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission. Your primary responsibility will be to market and lease properties, ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for residents. You'll work closely with our team to implement sales and marketing strategies, manage lease renewals, and maintain accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consistently demonstrating the HEROES principles of being Helpful, Engaged, Responsive, Outstanding, Excellent, and Successful in all activities and interactions.
  • Implementing sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals, recommending strategies to adjust activities as needed in response to market conditions, competitive pressures, apartment turnovers, and other factors influencing occupancy.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act, showing and leasing apartments, qualifying prospective residents in compliance with program requirements, and managing lease renewal process.
  • Interacting routinely with residents, communicating effectively, appropriately, and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests to ensure that all areas of concern are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Complying with Enterprise Residential's policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements, ensuring a solid understanding of Enterprise Residential's operational and human resources policies and procedures.
  • Collecting rents, monitoring and managing delinquencies and collections, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and distributing reports on a variety of operational and financial data.
  • Promoting resident services initiatives in conjunction with the Resident Services Department, driving efforts at the community level, engaging residents in social, educational, planned activities, and events.
  • Participating in and attending all required training sessions.
  • Keeping Property Manager informed of any information that could affect property operations.
  • Supporting other communities as assigned by management.
