Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Leasing and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Residential One LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing: Greet prospects, qualify them, and record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports.
  • Marketing: Participate in outreach marketing activities, advise residents of referral concessions, and assist in placing and removing banners and signs.
  • Resident Relations: Receive and respond to resident requests, concerns, and comments, and ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily.
  • Administrative: Accept rental payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate monthly commission records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' apartment management experience
  • LIHTC experience and deep knowledge of tax credit programs
  • High energy, assertive, and creative individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Above average overall computer skills and ability to lead a team
