About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales and revenue growth in a commercial sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales and market conditions.
