About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Landers Kia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Consultants and driving sales growth through effective leadership and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Consultants to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or management
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High energy and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
