  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement executive compensation programs, including onboarding, ongoing, and offboarding pay packages, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, equity awards, retention programs, and severance plans.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct competitive analyses of executive compensation programs, benchmarking against industry peers and best practices.
  • Manage the administration of global LTI equity-based and cash-based compensation programs, collaborating with finance, legal, and other departments.
