About the Role

PagerDuty empowers teams to drive business forward through its Operations Cloud.

We are seeking a strategic Senior Executive Compensation Consultant as a subject matter expert and senior leader for executive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive executive compensation programs.
  • Align executive compensation strategies with the company's business strategy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years focused on compensation.
  • Expertise in equity compensation planning and design.

Additional Duties:

  • Lead year-end merit planning process and maintain compensation modules within HR systems.
  • Partner with Stock Administration, finance, and legal teams for data analysis and proxy statement support.
