Executive Compensation Strategy Specialist

PagerDuty empowers teams to drive business forward through its Operations Cloud.
We are seeking a strategic Senior Executive Compensation Consultant as a subject matter expert and senior leader for executive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage competitive executive compensation programs.
- Align executive compensation strategies with the company's business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years focused on compensation.
- Expertise in equity compensation planning and design.
Additional Duties:
- Lead year-end merit planning process and maintain compensation modules within HR systems.
- Partner with Stock Administration, finance, and legal teams for data analysis and proxy statement support.
