Aon is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Specialist to join our Rewards Solutions team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in executive compensation consulting. As an Executive Compensation Specialist, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality analysis and design recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of quality results.
- Serve as a liaison between account managers and clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in executive compensation.
- Provide guidance and developmental feedback to junior staff members to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation consulting or a related field.
- Prior experience in executive compensation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical background and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
