Strategic Leader for Perinatal Support Washington

Perinatal Support Washington (PS-WA) is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead the organization through its next chapter of growth and development.
We are committed to advancing perinatal mental health and supporting families and communities during the emotional transition to parenthood.
Our ideal candidate will have a track record of leading nonprofit organizations through periods of significant growth and change, and will be passionate about building and supporting effective teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive organizational growth and impact
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
- Fostering a culture of collaborative decision-making, wellness, and staff development
- Leading fundraising efforts to support the organization's mission and goals
- Staying up-to-date on the perinatal mental health landscape and advocating for systemic change and resources
We are particularly eager to meet candidates who have experience in nonprofit leadership, team building, and fundraising, and who are passionate about advancing perinatal mental health.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading organizations through growth and change, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Salary: $120k – $140k
Location: Seattle, WA
