We are seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to support our operations and ensure a smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and facilitate other forms of communication.
- Oversee parking validation and aid in the distribution of access cards.
- Prepare meeting spaces for executive gatherings.
- Provide assistance to guests with inquiries and offer directions upon their arrival.
- Conduct data entry, generate certificates, and perform various administrative duties.
- Assist team members with office service requests, including mail management and package deliveries.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to assess grammar, punctuation, and overall readability.
- A High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Exemplary integrity and discretion, with prior experience in managing confidential and sensitive information related to projects, finances, and personnel.
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $21-23 per hour.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Contract Duration: 4-6 months.
