Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers, process transactions, and balance cash at the end of each shift.
  • Transaction Processing: Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services, including deposit and lending products.
  • Relationship Building: Build and deepen relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transport coin and currency bags (up to 50 pounds).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingual: Ability to communicate in multiple languages a plus.

  • Business Insight: Ability to understand business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
