About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Teller to join our Consumer Small & Business Banking division as part of our National Branch Network. As a Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the financial needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions and provide digital solutions to meet their financial needs
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks and adhering to established policies
  • Perform routine transactional operational and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products
  • Interact with customers and colleagues to demonstrate care and build relationships
  • Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
Requirements
  • 6 months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of experience interacting with people demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Well-organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
Job Expectations
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
