Financial Services Representative II
Job Summary:Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our front-line customer service team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Origination: Originate new accounts for commercial and consumer clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
- Back-up for Teller Line: Provide back-up support for the teller line, performing all teller duties, including client transactions, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, and operating the ATM, Vault, Coin & Cash, and GL Accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Treasury Management Representative and Relationship Managers to develop stronger client relationships and achieve company objectives.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge and skills, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest banking products and services.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years banking experience.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills; strong work ethic; ability to think critically and make sound decisions; and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Certifications: Notary License and NMLS – Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
