Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banking Professional to join our team at Stearns Bank N.A. as a Teller. As a key member of our deposit operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing a wide range of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
  • Handle and balance cash drawers.
  • Support deposit initiatives by building and maintaining customer relationships to promote Stearns Bank deposit products.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and problems.
  • Perform all other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexible.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Strong digital literacy.
