We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our team at The First National Bank in Sioux Falls. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer transactions, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and helpful customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive banking experience for every customer.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and fund transfers, accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring that they have the correct amount of currency and coins at all times.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services to assist customers with their inquiries and cross-sell when appropriate.
- Represent the bank in a positive manner in their community and encourages prospects to become customers.
- High school diploma required. Relevant work experience or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet accountabilities and required competencies of the position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High degree of accuracy required.
- Ability to conduct relationships in a manner that ensures cooperation and positive results.
