Customer Success Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Integrity Technology Solutions. This hybrid position is based in Bloomington, IL, and involves coordinating services with clients and our technical team to ensure seamless delivery. You will be empowered to positively impact client satisfaction, department efficiency, productivity, and company profit.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and Confirming Service Dates: Work closely with clients to determine urgency and impact of their requests, schedule service dates, confirm appointments, and communicate next steps.
- Managing Team Schedules: Ensure team members' schedules meet company utilization goals and manage the on-call schedule, including coordinating next year's schedule in November.
- Tracking Orders and Deliveries: Proactively coordinate next steps on service delivery, check ETAs with purchasing team, and confirm receipt of drop-shipped items.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated individual who prioritizes client success and loyalty above all else. You should possess excellent writing skills, be able to adjust your communication style, and take ownership of your performance. A minimum of 1-2 years' client service experience is required, along with strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
Salary Estimate:
Based on national averages and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
