The Marketing Specialist will assist the Director of Operations in strategizing and implementing marketing plans to elevate Roni and Co.'s real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development:

  • Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns to showcase properties, services, and enhance brand recognition.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of marketing initiatives, making adjustments to strategies as needed.

Content Development:

  • Generate content for newsletters, mailers, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) related to real estate.
  • Produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Social Media Oversight:

  • Establish and maintain a content calendar for social media activities.
  • Analyze social media metrics and return on investment monthly, reporting findings to the Director of Operations.
  • Ensure consistency and authority in brand messaging.
  • Engage with followers through direct messaging, comments, and interactions.
  • Expand and nurture the follower base.
  • Website Oversight
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Creator to optimize SEO for our website.
  • Work with the website team for ongoing maintenance, including regular reviews for errors or widget issues.
  • Propose creative enhancements for website functionality.

Event Management:

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to plan and execute marketing events such as open houses, property showcases, and community gatherings.
  • Oversee event logistics, including invitations and on-site support.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Assess competitors and compile data to inform marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and Rainmaker to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Coordinate social media postings.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Creator.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to devise creative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
