Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research using tools to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to optimize our WordPress websites for search engines.
  • Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices to enhance website rankings and improve user experience.
  • Perform regular website user testing to identify and improve pain points and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure our websites remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with our brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing social media profiles to amplify our online presence.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of efforts and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an SEO role required.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Ads platforms like SEMrush, Moz, Optimize, etc.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear reports and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
