Job Title: Communications Manager

Advanced Technology International (ATI) is seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans to promote our brand and activities to key target audiences.

Job Summary

The Communications Manager will work closely with our Customer Experience and Lead Design SME to develop and manage a variety of assets, including promotional materials, websites, presentations, social media, case studies, webcasts, etc. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for healthcare and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote the CX Hub brand and activities to key target audiences.
  • Ensure content is aligned to overall brand marketing strategies to inspire audiences to act.
  • Develop and manage a variety of assets, including promotional materials, websites, presentations, social media, case studies, webcasts, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs and fulfill marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations for actions and future considerations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications related studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing and communications.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare space required.
  • Experience and curiosity about health, equity, and dedication to diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior staff.
  • Proven team player.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to convey ideas in a clear and effective manner to audiences that vary by sector, geography, organizational size, and other parameters.
  • Experience using communications data to inform marketing and outreach approaches.
  • Experience in copyediting.
  • Proficient with digital tools including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, SharePoint). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools a bonus.
  • Fluency in a language besides English is a plus.
