Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to consumer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prioritize daily tasks, including consumer interactions, order management, and shipping logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consumer experience improvements
  • Track and report key performance indicators to measure consumer experience success
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance consumer touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce sales portals and processes
  • Experience interacting with consumers and a track record of positive feedback
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
