Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our industry-leading team, you will drive results for our clients by providing innovative and effective solutions focused on Risk management in a major metropolitan area.

Aon Transaction Solutions (ATS) specializes in the brokerage of transaction liability insurance products, including Representations & Warranties, Tax, Litigation, and other Contingent risks, primarily within M&A transactions.

We are in search of a Senior Vice President - Broker to assist the Reps & Warranties team in executing R&W insurance placements for Aon's corporate and private equity clientele.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Lead and collaborate with junior brokers throughout the deal execution process, from initial client engagement to transaction closure.
  • Support the team in long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct analyses for meetings with private equity and corporate clients, as well as insurance carriers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the TS team and across Aon, fostering trust with clients and carrier partners.
  • Possess a background in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics through coursework or internships.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Achieve a Brokers License within the first year of employment.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • A Juris Doctorate degree is preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $164,100.00 to $234,400.00 annually, with actual salary determined by education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is eligible for participation in Aon's annual incentive plans, which may include discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary.
