Job Title: Compensation Manager

Remington Hospitality and The Ashford Group of Companies are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join their team. This role will focus on developing and implementing a competitive compensation structure, as well as building and maintaining the company's merit and bonus systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation strategies that align with the company's objectives, culture, and market trends.
  • Develop and execute merit-based pay structures and bonus programs to encourage performance and recognize excellence.
  • Conduct thorough market research and benchmarking to maintain the competitiveness of the company's compensation packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards in compensation practices.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, department managers, and executive leadership to ensure the compensation strategy aligns with overall company goals and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation management and/or compensation analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of compensation structures, performance management, and legal/regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software, with ADP expertise seen as an advantage.
