Compensation Manager

New Relic is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for administering compensation and equity plans, policies, and programs globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer compensation and equity plans, policies, and programs
  • Review and recommend proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Manage salary surveys and private equity plans
  • Model budgets for merit and bonus administration
  • Work with HRBPs, managers, and key stakeholders in Finance and Legal on compensation-related inquiries
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive job family structure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience administering compensation and equity-based programs, policies, and processes globally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong project management ability and experience
  • Intermediate level user Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
