Compensation Manager: Central Management Office

Uplift Education is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our Central Management Office team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for managing transactions related to employee compensation, improving operations, and providing quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the TM Operations Director to create and implement training content and improve stipend processes.
- Develop, implement, and administer additional compensation programs.
- Provide guidance to campus-based and CMO staff on stipend and extra duty pay policies.
- Manage annual salary compensation processes.
- Recommend improvements to compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee compensation, with knowledge of laws and regulations.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and payroll software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
This role requires occasional travel between the Central Management Office and Uplift campuses.
Compensation:The starting salary for this position is $65,000.
