About the Role

We are seeking a talented Executive Culinary Leader to join our team at Aramark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to meet demand.
  • Select and develop recipes to standardize production and ensure consistent quality.
  • Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, and plan and price menus to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
  • Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrations of culinary techniques.
Requirements
  • Requires 2-3 years of experience in a related position.
  • Requires 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
  • Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
  • Requires oral, reading and written communication skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
